A purpose-driven leader with a background in public service, operations and process improvement, Jamaya Smith began his career as a police officer, where he built core values of integrity, community, and service. With a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, he has successfully driven efficiency and cost reduction through his results-oriented, people-first approach.
As CEO of Beekept Healthcare, Jamaya is focused on providing compassionate care for pediatric and geriatric clients by prioritizing trust, innovation, and quality serviceas the company continues to grow.
Brianna Smith, RN
Brianna Smith, RN, Co-Founder, and COO of Beekept Healthcare, brings extensive clinical expertise in Med-Surgical, Orthopedic, Bariatric, and Ambulatory Surgery care. With a comprehensive background in preoperative care, she ensures that Beekept’s care remains aligned with best practices and is compassionate and patient-centered. A recipient of the DAISY Award, Brianna is known for her intuitive caregiving and commitment to advocating for vulnerable patients. As COO, she leads daily operations with precision, driven by her belief that everyone deserves to be “kept” seen, known, and protected.
